Our products are digital ZIP packages. The refund rules are below.

1. Product covered

This policy applies to all digital ZIP products sold on this site.

2. Refund conditions

If you have not received the download link and have not downloaded the ZIP, you may request a refund. Once the ZIP is downloaded, no refund can be granted.

3. How to request

Email the address on the contact page with the email you used at checkout.

4. Processing time

Requests are processed within 5–10 business days.

Digital product notice: refundable if the ZIP has not been downloaded; once downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable.
