How fast do I get the download?
The download link is emailed automatically after payment. The link is valid for 24 hours — please save the files promptly. If it expires, email us and we'll re-issue it.
Can I get a refund?
Refundable before you download the ZIP; once downloaded, the purchase is non-refundable. See the refund policy.
Which languages are supported?
The Import Trader Toolkit ships in 14 languages. Other toolkits are English-first, with more languages added over time.
How do I pay?
